PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
Data of a personal nature provided, will be processed in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 f) Reg. EU 2016/679 for the following purposes:
Navigation on this website. The software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Communicating with you. Personal data are processed in order to communicate with you regarding our services through various channels (e.g., via telephone and e-mail).

The Data Controller does not routinely process “special” data also known as “sensitive’ data (i.e., personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to a person’s health or sex life or sexual orientation under Art. 9 of the GDPR regulation or relating to criminal convictions and offenses or related security measures under Art. 10 of the GDPR regulation). Such data may be processed only with your express written consent if one of the reasons indicated in Article 9 paragraph 2 and Article 10 of the Regulation exists. Consent is free and optional, but the denial of consent could affect the performance of one or more activities you requested from STUDIO DI GIOIA that specifically concern facts for which it is essential to process this type of data.
Consent to the processing of your data may be binding in order to conclude contracts with STUDIO DI GIOIA or third parties. Only data whose processing is indispensable for the purpose of being able to conclude a contract can be binding. There is no such constraint and can, therefore, freely give or withhold consent for non-essential data, and in particular for the purpose of profiling, commercial communications, marketing.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS:
The processing of your data is carried out by means of manual instruments and by means of manual/paper storage and by means of electronic and automated instruments, in a manner strictly related to the purposes stated above. The Data Controller, recognizing the fundamental importance of your data for the purposes of its business, does not intend to transfer it to third parties. The Data Controller will only disclose the processed data to companies contractually linked to STUDIO DI GIOIA S.r.l., to the European parent company, to its employees, collaborators and third party suppliers and, therefore, to companies that carry out certain activities on behalf of the Data Controller, aimed at the fulfillment of orders and services requested by you, to suppliers of services and tools for the processing of personal data provided directly or inferred from the navigation of the site, to all those public and private entities to which the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes outlined above in order to comply with obligations under laws, regulations or Community legislation. Such parties, however, are also subject to compliance with the charges pertaining to the Privacy Information or otherwise to procedures that provide for protections similar to those described in this Privacy Information. Such third parties are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes unless they have to obtain, as data controllers, specific consent. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:
Whenever it is necessary to transfer processed data to a country outside the EU, the Data Controller will ensure that the data is transferred in full compliance with this Privacy Notice and the relevant applicable data protection regulations.
LENGTH OF DATA RETENTION AND THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN:
Your data will be kept by the Data Controller, with respect to the intended purposes, the time necessary to carry out the existing relationship with you and to be able to ensure the mutual protection in court of rights as well as to comply with legal obligations including those of a fiscal nature. Data that are not necessary for the latter purposes will be removed within the maximum period provided by the right to be forgotten guaranteed and recognized to you, as stated later in this policy, or, at your request, even in a shorter time if it does not conflict with the rights of the Controller. Therefore, all data of the data subject that do not have to be retained for specific legal obligation will be deleted within 10 years.

Right to file a complaint with the national authority (Data Protection Authority) at any time if you believe your right has been violated.

Right to revoke consent to the processing of data where this is not prevented by legal provision or the need to protect the rights of the Controller including in court. In any case, the request for revocation gives rise to the right to restriction of processing.
Right to access your data processed by the Controller by means of a written request, including a computerized request. In such a case, it is essential that you can provide us with proof of your identity, possibly including by means of access to our data bases through credentials uniquely referable to your person. You are entitled to free access for one time only, while you may be charged a fee for requests after the first. You have the right to obtain a response within thirty days of your request and to have your data in printable formats.
Right to have your data corrected and updated, and you may at any time request that it be updated and corrected where you verify that the data we hold is out of date or incorrect. In order to ensure that the data is up-to-date, please be sure to notify us of any useful changes.
Right to the deletion of data concerning you, provided that it is not data that the Controller must retain for specific legal obligation such as, for example, obligations arising from tax regulations, anti-money laundering or for the protection of the holder’s rights in litigation.
If you dispute the accuracy of your data, or the lawfulness of the processing, or the right of the Data Controller to delete your data, or you object to the processing of your data and the Data Controller disputes your objection, you have the right to have your data retained, but not processed, except to the extent necessary to resolve the dispute over the data.
If the Controller changes or deletes all or part of your data, you have the right to be informed and to object to the change and deletion.
You have the right to be able to transfer your data – stored and processed electronically – to another operator, within the limits specified by the Regulations, in such a way that it can be easily read and acquired by third parties. The data for which you are entitled to transfer (portability) also include data resulting from the automatic observation of your activity through the Holder’s IT services, such as searches and history of activities performed.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data, profiling, use of data for direct marketing, profiling for public interest or for scientific or historical or statistical research purposes.
STUDIO DI GIOIA may, under certain circumstances, adopt automated procedures in order to make decisions concerning you and in particular in order to decide whether and under what conditions to conclude contracts directly or through third parties with you. In such a case, you have the right to request that, before a binding decision is made, your position should nevertheless be screened by human operator to make a substantive assessment.
Since your data may be processed for the purpose of conducting e-commerce activities, you have the right to have your data processed in accordance with the best state-of-the-art computer procedures. Your data may for this purpose be transferred to third parties for the purpose of the fulfillment, in whole or in part, of the technical-informational procedures related to the conclusion of the contract and its execution, such as, for example, third-party servers, logistics and transportation service providers. Your consent for this purpose is always necessary, and if you do not consent to the processing of data necessary for the purpose of the conclusion of transactions, STUDIO DI GIOIA may not be able to provide you with the requested services. Consent to the processing of indispensable data must be separate from consent to the acquisition of data that is not indispensable or for purposes other than those related to the conclusion of contracts related to electronic commerce.
STUDIO DI GIOIA may, under certain circumstances, process your data in order to communicate with you about commercial or informational initiatives.
